The project is aimed at citizens of third countries (countries outside EU, European Economic Area or Switzerland) who are the holders of:
- a repatriation visa – visa with indicated purpose ‘19’;
- a visa for the purpose of resettlement as a member of the immediate family of a repatriate – visa with indicated purpose ‘17’;
- a visa issued in order to use the rights acquired on the basis of a Pole’s Card – visa with indicated purpose ‘17a’;
- a promissory document on the issuance of an entry visa;
- a confirmation of admittance to study issued by a higher education institution, confirmation of studying at a higher education institution in Poland;
- a certificate of intent to employ a foreigner issued by a Polish employer and registered at the District Employment;
- a Schengen visa or a domestic visa (holders of such a visa and their immediate family) with indicated purpose of issuance: 04, 05a, 05b, 06, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17a, 18, 19, 21, 22, 22a, 23 and children of such persons (non-EU citizens) born in the territory of the Republic of Poland;
- temporary or permanent stay permit (with certain exceptions) or a long-term EU-resident stay permit;
- a document confirming the consent for tolerated stay entitled ‘consent for tolerated stay’;
- a consent for stay due to humanitarian reasons;
- a confirmation of filing an application to grant a residence permit for a specified period of time under amnesty rules for persons currently residing (with their immediate families) in the territory of Poland on the basis of a stamp who also filed an application for:
- granting a temporary or permanent stay permit or a long-term EU-resident stay permit;
- extension of the validity of a Schengen visa or a domestic visa, whose justification is compliant with one of the following purposes set out in Article 60 (1): items 4-6, 9-13, 17, 19-21, 23-25 of the Act on foreigners;
- extension of the period of stay under visa-free travel in the territory of Poland;
- a document confirming that the citizens of third countries (and their immediate family) reside in Poland under visa-free travel;
- a document confirming that the citizen of a non-EU country residing in the territory of Poland is in the process of obtaining a permit for legal stay in Poland – in such case we provide only legal support necessary to obtain a permit for legal stay;
- a stamp confirmation of a residence application for the period ruled out by abolition and citizens (and their immediate family) currently staying in the territory of the Republic of Poland, who filed their application for:
- granting a temporary or permanent stay permit or a long-term EU-resident stay permit;
- extension of the validity of a Schengen visa or a domestic visa, whose justification is compliant with one of the following purposes set out in Article 60 (1): items 4-6, 9-13, 17, 19-21, 23-25 of the Act on foreigners;
- extension of the period of stay under visa-free travel in the territory of Poland;
- a stamp in the travel document which confirms the fact of filing an application for a permit – in case of non-EU citizens who legally reside in the territory of Poland, persons who filed an application for: granting a temporary or permanent stay permit or a long-term EU-resident stay permit; extension of the validity of a Schengen visa or a domestic visa, whose justification is compliant with one of the following purposes set out in Article 60 (1): items 4-6, 9-13, 17, 19-21, 23-25 of the Act on foreigners; extension of the period of stay under visa-free travel in the territory of Poland
